Meet Your Host
Hello! I'm Jessica Tomolonis, owner and operator of ADYLAED LLC, and mother to three young children. I am currently pursuing my Breastfeeding Counselor Certificate with the Healthy Children Project, Inc., which is based in Harwich, MA.
I connect new mamas on the MA South Shore with all the resources I wish I'd known about back when I was pregnant with each of my little ones, so that I help other moms have successful breastfeeding journeys.
In my past life before my third baby came along, I was a high school teacher in Boston Public Schools. I live in Marshfield, MA with my husband, Brian, the three young hooligans (pictured left), and one cat, who accompanies us on hikes in our woods. I prefer piling kids on my bike to stuffing them into carseats, exploring the beautiful MA South Shore, and teaching my kiddos how to compost.
I was floored by how much more I knew about breastfeeding by the time I had my third baby. Every new mom who wants to breastfeed should go into it armed with the right information.
Yes, breastfeeding is natural. But that doesn't mean it comes naturally! Going into it without knowing what you're doing is hard. And isolating. I've been there. Our healthcare system does not adequately prepare moms for breastfeeding - so I created ADYLAED to fill that gap.
Mama to fellow mamas, I can't wait to connect!
